Meekness and majesty, manhood and Diety,
溫和而又君尊，人性透著神性，
In perfect harmony, the Man who is God.
和諧顯在一身，祂是神而人。
Lord of eternity, dwells in humanity;
永遠常在的主，在肉身裏居住，
Kneels in humility and washes our feet.
甚至謙卑蹲俯，為我們洗足。

O what a mystery, meekness and majesty;
哦，何等的奧祕，溫和而又君尊；
Bow down and worship, for this is your God.
當屈膝拜禮，因這是我神。

Father’s pure radiance, perfect in innocence;
父的純潔光輝，完全聖潔、無罪；
Yet learns obedience to death on a cross.
順服神旨所給，嘗十架苦味。
Suff’ring to give us life, conquering through sacrifice;
受苦為賜生命，犧牲以至得勝；
And as they crucify prays, Father, forgive.
十字架上受釘，猶為人求懇。

Wisdom unsearchable, God, the invisible;
神的智慧無邊，活神，眼不能見，
Love indestructible in frailty appears.
竟因無限慈憐，在肉身顯現。
Lord of infinity, stooping so tenderly;
原為無限之神，今竟俯就、親近；
Lifts our humanity to the heights of His throne.
提昇我的人性，座前永沐恩。
