Our goal—the holy city with the Lord,
聖城同救主是我們目標，
It is our portion, ’tis where He’s adored;
我們的永分，燦爛又榮耀；
Although our bodies still are living here,
我身雖在此，靈卻已在彼，
Our spirits with our glorious Lord are there.
深望與恩主立即在一起。

Our goal divine—the new Jerusalem—
神聖的目標，新耶路撒冷，
That holy city made for God with men;
乃是神為人豫備的聖城；
For all redeemed, who have Thy pathway trod,
所有蒙寶血救贖的罪人，
Shall have the right to share the bliss with God.
都能有權利享受這福分。

And every time we toward that city gaze,
哦，那座聖城，我每一瞻仰，
Then every time we long to see Thy face;
我心渴想見恩主的面光；
We long to hear the shout that calls to Thee,
巴不得早日聽見祂呼聲
With Thee to share Thy God eternally.
得進入那城，永享祂豐盛。

Our heart’s desire is not the peace so sweet,
我心所渴慕，並非甜安息，
Our longed for hope is not the joy we’ll meet;
我久所盼望，也非何福氣；
But Thou Thyself, Thou art our hope, O Lord,
乃是主自己⸺我榮耀盼望，
For ’tis Thyself that will be our reward.
就是我永分，作我的獎賞。

O Jesus, Lord, we pray Thee hear our cry, Come!
哦，求主耶穌！快照我心願，
Bring us to that city from on high!
來接愛你者到你的面前！
That in that glory we may share with Thee,
在那聖城中享受你自己，
Thy loving Self partake eternally .
同住並同榮，永不再分離。

O Lord, Thou sayest, I make all things new,
那時的一切要更新完成，
New heav’ns, new earth, and all within them too!
新天並新地、新耶路撒冷！
Our God Himself our portion then shall be;
神榮耀自己要作我永分；
O Lord, come quickly! Take us up with Thee.
主，願你快來！與我永不分！
