Be all at rest, my soul! Oh! blessed secret
你當安息！這是有福的秘訣，
Of the true life that glorifies thy Lord;
使你生活真能討主喜悅；
Not always doth the busiest soul best serve Him,
並非最忙的人，最能事奉神，
But he who resteth on His faithful word.
乃是安息在祂話上的人。

Be all at rest! for rest is highest service;
你當安息！安息乃最高服事；
To the still heart God doth His secrets tell;
神的秘密平靜的心得知；
Thus shalt thou learn to wait, and watch, and labor,
故當學習等候、儆醒並勞力；
Strengthened to bear, since Christ in thee doth dwell.
從主得力，因祂住在你裡。

Be all at rest! for rest alone becometh
你當安息！惟獨安息方證實，
The soul that casts on Him its every care;
你已將一切掛慮交托主；
Be all at rest! so shall thy life proclaim Him
你當安息！如此生活將見證：
A God who worketh and who heareth prayer.
是神工作，是神聽人求懇。

Be all at rest! so shalt thou be an answer
你當安息！當人問說：“誰是神？
To those who question, Who is God, and where?
祂在那裡？”你就是個覆訊；
For God is rest, and where He dwells is stillness,
神是安息，祂居住在安靜裡，
And they who dwell in Him that rest shall share.
凡住祂裡，就必分享安息。
