I am crucified with Christ,
我與基督已同釘死，
And the cross hath set me free;
十架已將我解釋；
I have ris’n again with Christ,
我與基督已同復活，
And He lives and reigns in me.
祂活我裡，管理我。

Oh! it is so sweet to die with Christ,
與基督同死，何等的甘甜！
To the world, and self, and sin;
脫世界、自己、罪愆！
Oh! it is so sweet to live with Christ,
與基督同活，何等的甘甜！
As He lives and reigns within.
祂活我裡並掌權。

Mystery hid from ancient ages!
曆世歷代所藏奧秘，
But at length to faith made plain:
今藉信心可知悉：
Christ in me the Hope of Glory,
榮耀盼望⸺基督居衷，
Tell it o’er and o’er again.
應當無時不歌頌。

This the secret nature hideth,
天然景物都有隱征：
Harvest grows from buried grain;
麥種死了子粒生；
A poor tree with better grafted,
珍木接在賤樹上面，
Richer, sweeter life doth gain.
小則換大，苦換甜。

This the secret of the holy,
這個就是聖潔秘訣－
Not our holiness, but Him;
不是自己無殘缺；
O Lord! empty us and fill us,
主阿，求你虛我、滿我，
With Thy fulness to the brim.
擴我度量給我多。

This the balm for pain and sickness,
這個會使病痛得治－
Just to all our strength to die,
只要你向自己死，
And to find His life and fulness,
並以主的生命能力
All our being’s need supply.
作為全人的供給。

This the story of the Master,
經過十架，達到寶座，
Thru the Cross, He reached the Throne,
主是這樣的領率，
And like Him our path to glory,
先是死亡，後是榮耀，
Ever leads through death alone.
主既如此我仿效。
