The tree of life, how sweet the fruit,
生命樹果，甘甜、豐盈，
With God as life complete.
是神來作生命。
I once was dead, but now I live,
前我死枯，如今活著；
Was starved, but now I eat.
前饑，今享豐盛。

’Twas God that brought me to the tree,
是神領我到生命樹，
With Christ Himself as meat;
享受神的基督。
How precious did that tree become
其中滋味，甘甜、滿足，
When I began to eat.
當我親近我主。

The Lord Himself is food to me,
基督是我生命源頭，
He is my life supply;
作我屬天食物；
He will my pure enjoyment be,
祂是我的純淨享受，
None else can satisfy.
祂外再無滿足。

I freely eat this living tree,
我今歡享這生命樹，
For eating is the way
此路我已得著！
To put God’s life inside of me,
今藉吃喝，生命加多，
To live by Him today.
我就因祂活著。
