罪律轄制的囚徒，
Bound by the law of sin,
今已完全釋放！
The law of life in Spirit
生命之靈的活律，
Will quicken you within.
從裡使你剛強。
And counting on the Spirit,
依靠生命之聖靈，
His life shall now control
祂就要來管理：
The members of your body,
你魂對外的門戶
The portals of your soul.
你身上眾肢體。

你已與主同釘死，
For crucified with Him,
在祂裡已釋放！
From center to circumf’rence,
從裡到外，祂早已
He breaks the power of sin.
毀壞罪的力量。
No longer act in body
身體不再如無“律”，
As if it had no law;
可以任意而行；
His law of life must govern
昔無忌憚，今則有
All that ran wild before.
生命之律執政。

深深栽於主的死，
Deep planted in His death,
在祂裡已得釋！
He liberates His life pow’r,
生命之氣向你吹，
And breathes His Spirit’s breath.
生命大能開釋。
Then waxing strong in spirit,
生命復蘇的力量，
With force of quickening life;
你靈裡漸增強；
The soul and body governed,
魂與身體受管治，
Its members cease from strife!
肢體不再抵抗。

今與復活主聯結，
Joined to the Risen One,
在祂裡面釋放！
By conflict prayer you triumph,
藉爭戰禱告奏凱，
And claim His victory won.
加略得勝同享。
Freed with His glorious freedom,
因祂自由得釋放，
Above the darkness rife;
勝過黑暗軍旅；
For now the law of sin and death
祂的生命已勝過，
Is conquered by His life.
