O God, we seek Your pleasure,
哦，父神，照你心意，
A vision of the Son,
將你愛子形像
Of that real living Person,
啟示在我們心裏，
Your dear beloved One!
使祂活活顯彰。
For He is God embodied,
祂是神成為肉身，
And He is God expressed;
祂是神的顯出；
The Triune God in fullness
豐滿、奧妙三一神，
In Him is manifest.
藉祂完全得睹。

Now we would leave our own thoughts,
我們心思被蒙蔽，
The veils upon our mind,
長久在黑暗裏，
Removing all the layers
現今盼望脫己意，
Which long have kept us blind.
好將帕子揭起。
Our God is always shining,
神的榮光時照耀，
The Bible’s full of light,
聖經滿有亮光；
But we’ve been thickly covered
可惜我們被罩著，
From radiancy so bright.
烈烈光輝難望。

Lord, bind the god of this age!
捆綁這世代的神！
We turn our hearts to You.
主，此心轉向你；
None other do we worship;
從前我們心所珍，
With all beside we’re through.
不再向它拜禮。
We’ve only hearts for You, Lord;
主，我們全心歸你，
Your grace has captured us.

Oh, fill our hearts with vision,

Inward, yet glorious.
裡外榮光滿佈！

O Father, how we praise You—

We have Your precious Word!
賜下寶貴話語！
So full of revelation
滿有啟示在話裏，
That we may see the Lord.
引人與主相遇。
May we pray o’er the verses
逐節將你話禱告，
And with the saints pursue,
同眾聖徒追求，
Then get a revelation,
必得著啟示、引導，
And all Your glory view.
將你榮耀觀透。

’Tis by our full obedience,
我們藉完全順服，
Our heart turned to the Lord,
將此心轉向主，
Our mind set on the spirit
心思在靈上關注，
And praying o’er His Word,
將祂的話虔讀，
That God gives in His pleasure
神就必樂意啟示
A vision of His Son,
祂兒子在心裏，
Revealing Him within us,
使我們完全認識
His dear beloved One.
祂的愛子無遺。
