Father, Thy name our souls would bless,
父阿，兒女稱頌你名，
As children taught by grace,
是受恩典教訓；
Lift up our hearts in righteousness,
我們歡樂，因你生命
And joy before Thy face.
使我們歸羊群。

Sweet is the confidence Thou giv’st,
你所給的得救證實，
Though high above our praise;
遠超我們讚美；
Our hearts resort to where Thou liv’st
我們的心現在直指
In heaven’s unclouded rays.
你在天上座位。

There in the purpose of Thy love,
因在那裏，祂為我們
Our place is now prepared;
預備永遠居所，
As sons with Him who is above,
你將生命分給罪人，
Who all our sorrows shared.
祂為罪人解脫。

Eternal ages shall declare,
永世雖久，不過就是：
The riches of Thy grace,
顯明你恩豐富，
To those who with Thy Son shall share
好叫那些因你兒子
A son’s eternal place.
為兒女者，稱祝。

Absent as yet, we rest in hope,
我們現雖未見早晨，
Treading the desert path,
卻安心歷世途，
Waiting for Him who takes us up
等候祂來提接我們，
Beyond the pow’r of death.
脫離死亡、墳墓。

We joy in Thee, Thy fullness shall
我們歡樂，因你自己
Our endless portion be,
就是我們“永分”
Like Thine own Son, with whom we’ll dwell
像你兒子！同祂一起！
Who all our sorrows shared.
享受光明早晨！

O Holy Father, keep us here
哦，求聖父因祂慈名，
In that blest name of love,
保守我們在地，
Walking before Thee without fear,
無憂、無慮，隨祂而行，
Thy perfect will to prove.
