With praise and thanksgiving there

stands a great throng

In the presence of Jesus and sing

Unto Him Who hath lov’d us and
祂愛我們，
wash’d us from sin,
祂用寶血洗淨我們，
Unto Him be the glory forever!
但願榮耀歸祂直到永遠！

All these once were sinners,
從前我是罪人，
defiled in His sight,
生活污穢中，
Now arrayed in pure garments, in
現在身穿潔白衣，
praise they unite.
同聲來歌頌。

He maketh the rebel a priest
前為叛徒，
and a king,
今為君尊的祭司，
He hath bought us, and taught us
重價將我們買回，
this new song to sing.
並教唱新詩。

How helpless and hopeless
我們本是罪人，
we sinners had been,
無望又無助，
If He never had loved us till cleansed
但是祂竟愛我們，
from our sin.
洗淨我罪辜。

Aloud in His praises our voices
我們當來高聲，
shall ring,
同讚美祂名，
So that others, believing, this new
使人相信且唱詩，
song shall sing.
歌頌祂的名。
